In what is mostly a warmup for the FIBA Americas tournament, Team Canada took control and beat Puerto Rico (an underrated international competitor, led by JJ Barea, coached by Rick Pitino…yes, that Rick Pitino) by a final score of 78-72.
Wiggins has been doing work throughout the tournament, and continued it into tonight with a game-high 20 points. He also managed to throw down the highlight of the night towards the end of the evening.
